An update to the rumors of doctors being shut down, CannaMed is NOT one of them. CannaMed is very much open! CannaMed's lisenced MD's are evaluating and writing recommendations to qualified patients as usual.

CannaMed is one of the few Medical Marijuana Doctors offices that is practicing properly. Real Licensed Medical Doctors, CannaMed is a California Medical Corporation filed with the California Medical Board.

We have heard that some of the doctors in the San Fernando Valley have been shut down and we are helping these patients that went to these doctors or frauds. We are not sure who these doctors are or what exactly happened.

When choosing a doctor for your Medical Marijuana Recommendation there are some things to ask and look out for.

You want to ask:

1. Am I being seen by a Licensed Medical Doctor "MD" or a Physicians Assistant "PA".
2. Is your medical practise filed with the California Medical Board?

And you want to look for:

1. A Department Of Consumer Affairs "DCA" The Medical Board of California Fictitious Name Permit.
2. A Department Of Consumer Affairs "DCA" The Medical Board of California Physicians Certificate.
